SACA Food Shelf and Thrift Store is here to provide food and resources to those in need while empowering dignity and independence. In order to fulfill our mission we need you, our donors and volunteers, to help make sure all of neighbors are fed and have access to needed services. For every dollar donated, SACA is able to purchase at least 10lbs of food.

All donations to SACA Food Shelf and Thrift Store are tax-deductible. We are a tax exempt, nonprofit organization under the provisions of Internal Revenue Code section 501(c)(3). SACA’s Federal ID Number (EIN) is 41-1272131

A gift in memory of a friend or loved one is a wonderful way to memorialize a special person in your life while helping to support the community. Be sure to include the complete name(s) of the person(s) being honored or remembered, and the address of those who should be notified

Planned Giving & Legacy Gifts

A giving legacy, laid out in a succession plan, is an effective way to ensure assets in your account continue to reflect the values and passions important to you. . Some planned gifts give a certain dollar amount or percentage of their estate.

IRA Charitable Rollover

The IRA Charitable Rollover law allows individuals 70½ or older to give up to $100,000 directly from their IRA to qualified charities without paying federal income tax on the withdrawal. It is advised to discuss the details with a financial advisor before distributing funds to a nonprofit.

Make a bigger impact by donating long-term appreciated securities, including stock, bonds, and mutual funds, directly to charity.
